Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you’re having a lovely morning. My weekend did not go according to plan, and I’ve decided that’s just fine. We were supposed to launch something new on Friday and sometimes, it just doesn’t happen when I want it do. We’ve had about six weeks of clouds and rain, and there’s alot of behind the scenes things that need to coordinate to make a launch happen perfectly. You’ll have something light, feminine and fun to look forward to oh so soon! I’m taking the opportunity to not work this weekend and enjoy some time with friends.
I went to a Masters party yesterday at a dear friend’s apartment, a really fun pre-Easter celebration. She had a fun spread of delish appetizers. Much to my surprise, she made toasted raviolis, a St. Louis signature dish. My friend is native to the East Coast, and had no idea it originated from my hometown. There aren’t many people from St. Louis in New York, much less recipes, so I was tickled pink to find them on her table! I’m including the link to the best St. Louis toasted (fried) raviolis, now available on Goldbelly. It’s also the best St. Louis style pizza. My mom ships us pizza from here a few times a year. It’s an amazing housewarming or thank you gift.

Our neighborhood is bursting at the seams with beautiful blooms this season. We have so many wonderful florists to choose from, I really am spoiled. If you’re looking for a local florist, Eros Flowers is a wonderland. You can hardly walk inside they’re filled with such top drawer florals. Not just your run of the mill blue and white hydrangeas, you know what I mean? I snapped the above photo in Eros this week while planning my Easter arrangement. Worth a visit!
There’s something else on my mind that I need your help with in the design department! Sam and I are toying with the idea of adding another in stock napkin drop into the calendar. Do you have any dream prints that you’d like to see in a dinner napkin? A different color or favorite print? We have such a vast print library at this point, it’s hard to choose. Let me know in the comments which dinner napkin you’d like to add to your collection.
I’m off to figure out Sunday dinner. I think I’ll at least pretend it’s nice and sunny outside with a spring forward menu!
I made this on Friday night. It’s the best to make a really big batch and leave in the fridge. I love something everyone can just open the fridge and graze on throughout the weekend. It gets better over time and just tastes like summer.
xx,
