Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you had a lovely week. I’m finally nestled back in at home after a whirlwind few weeks. We’re thrilled to introduce a stunning new collection today, lovingly called Spring Celebrations. As you know, I have such a soft spot for this portion of the calendar. We designed a beautiful special occasion drop full of gorgeous dresses and coats for anything special you have planned. Let me be clear. Special to me is a 5pm martini. It doesn’t have to be a big hoorah. If you’re so lucky to find a new powder blue Reagan coat in your closet, special occasions will find you in spades.
Our newest collection includes three new Lizzy+Reagan sets in powder blue, cocoa brown and navy. All can mix beautifully together or be worn separately. There are endless options. In addition, we have two new Devons(!) in superior novelties. We have been working to find a printable silk faille quality for almost all eight years we’ve been in business. It is so hard to find. As you know, silk faille is my absolute favorite type of silk. It’s medium weight, crisp, isn’t shiny and takes color beautifully. I despise overly shiny silk. She’s woven in either China or Italy and any beautiful Oscar or Carolina evening gown you love is made from silk faille. I’m just over the moon we finally have this printable quality on the line. Good things come to those who wait!
As a tiny heads up while you’re checking out for our perfect new Lizzy/Reagan sets, make sure you scoop up the last few Daphnes. There is one Cream small, one x-small Black and a few Camel sizes left, Medium sold out. Solid pashminas are also flying in all colors, a perfect gift for Mother’s Day! Black is sold out, with Navy and Burgundy close to selling out as well.
I have to say, I was very inspired to add a few more small goods and accessories to the line after traveling this week to a very warm climate. In addition to very large travel cases for medicine, I want to make totes to match swim cover ups for your dirty/wet swimsuits. Gross, I know, but so practical. We had such a late flight the last day of our trip. We spent the large majority of the day at the pool/beach. What I would have given to have had a matching tote to coordinate with my coverup for all my sandy/wet things to stick in my travel bag. Do you agree? I’m desperate to rush it in. I don’t want to be hiding my things in a checked bag at the very end of the trip, no ma’am. Coordinating linen bags are on the list.
Shoutout to this glowy stick for giving me the best post sun shine. I will no longer be traveling without it. I also was excited to be tan enough to sport this punchy pink color every day of our trip.
